Aim

To finalize and test the participatory democracy processes developed by I.D.E.A. over the years. Our vision is to create processes that empower an NGO to be run by its engaged members, fostering a true sense of collective ownership and responsibility. By developing a participatory democracy framework, we enable any stakeholder—whether they are volunteers, experts, or community members—to gradually evolve into permanently co-owning and co-controlling the NGO. This approach ensures that all engaged members have a genuine voice in decision-making, promoting transparency, inclusivity, and a sense of shared purpose within I.D.E.A.
